Planning Details
- Catering
- Choose from our preferred catering partners or work with an outside caterer approved in advance by The Dempsey. A full commercial kitchen is available onsite for event service.
- Bar and beverage
- Alcohol service is provided through The Dempsey. Alternative alcohol arrangements may be accommodated for an additional fee. Please inquire for current options and details.
- Professional planning
- A licensed and insured professional planner is required for all weddings to ensure a seamless experience from planning through event day.
- Event insurance
- Event insurance is required for all bookings. We will provide details and a link to purchase the required coverage prior to your event.
- Vendors
- We encourage couples to work with our preferred vendor partners. Outside vendors are welcome with prior approval from The Dempsey and must meet all insurance and property requirements.
- Event hours and access
- Event hours and property access vary by rental package. Additional setup, breakdown or access needs can be discussed during the planning process.
- Parking and transportation
- Onsite parking is available for approximately 60 vehicles. Shuttle transportation can be coordinated with an outside provider as needed.
- Music
- Amplified music is permitted in accordance with The Dempsey's event hours and applicable County noise requirements. Please inquire for current music and entertainment guidelines.
