Originally established in 1912, The Dempsey has long been a gathering place in the mountains of Julian. Today, the estate has been thoughtfully restored, blending its historic character with modern comforts to create a destination where timeless architecture, natural beauty, and contemporary hospitality come together.

With overnight accommodations, expansive indoor-outdoor gathering spaces, wellness amenities, and resort-style hospitality throughout the estate, The Dempsey was created to feel both elevated and deeply connected to its natural surroundings.
